Our Factory in Fuenlabrada (Madrid) produces high quality industrial parts. An expert team of technically accomplished workers, many of them are with us since our beginnings, is dedicated to developing parts to the customers exact specifications. Every industrial part we mechanized are manufactured personally for every client attending their specials needs. Our company activity is specialized in every type of mechanized process (turning, milling, gear cutting, grinding, etc.), and we offer to our customers a heating thermic treatment. We mechanized every material type (carbon, stainless and allow steel, aluminium and bronze…). Our installations are equipped with a broad variety of last generation machines as:
- CNC Lathes
- CNC Machining Centre
- Turning Centre
Additionally, we have complementary machinery (Grinding machines: Centre type grinding and centreless grinding, gear cutting machines, keyseating machines, laminar nut tapping machines, lapping machine, generator for thermic treatments) in order to consolidate the productive processes. These resources allow Gabur to achieve with reliability works as in small parts, as in big size parts up to 50 kg.
